TRENGELLICK RISING has been selected to screen in-competition at the BAFTA/Oscar/BIFA qualifying ‘Encounters Film Festival’ in Bristol next month! It’ll be showing from the 27th September-1st October 🎉
We’ve been very selective over our festival submissions so it’s fantastic that the film is heading to Encounters - they were the first festival we applied to and we can’t wait to bring our glorious combo of Kernewek/Cornish Language, 16mm hand-processed film and an original score to a cinema audience. It’ll count as our South West Premiere too!
We’re just finishing our sound mix & surround sound for our final DCP projection file - been a little quiet on here through our Post Production journey as we’ve been head-down hammering it out but thought we’d celebrate the brilliant news about ‘Encounters’.
